We have some exciting news! Michelle will be visiting from LA and we will be hosting a FREE Yoga + Weights class together at Spark Yoga in Arlington on December 1st at 7:30pm! This class will be perfect to burn some calories after devouring those Thanksgiving feasts! Prepare for a high calorie burn in this Yoga + Weights class, it pairs the benefits of yoga with the added intensity of weights and resistance training. All levels are welcome and the class will last 1 hour. This class is one of Spark’s most vigorous offerings!
