And I recently found out I had a labral tear in my hip. I used to run a lot, so I wonder if that did it. I&#039;ve recently modified my regime quite a bit, doing mostly just pilates, but I really miss the community aspect of my other classes. Am slowly reintroducing the other workouts again.]]></description>
