There is nothing more refreshing than a new year with a new outlook. Let&#8217;s be honest; Typically we make outrageous resolutions and promises, only to fall short. So this year, I&#8217;m making smaller changes in life to help improve my health and overall well-being, such as practicing meditation, tweaking my diet, exercising and reading more, and simply taking the time to appreciate the gift of life each day.
