If you’ve been here for a while, you know my story. You know I’ve spent years building Fifty-Two Thursdays, creating content, showing up online and offline, and growing real community through storytelling, style, travel, and life in all its seasons. That part of my life and work is not going anywhere. But I’m so excited to share a new chapter I’ve been stepping into alongside it. I’m joining Foretell as a Senior Advisor, helping build and grow their influencer and creator work, while still very much continuing my work here on Fifty-Two Thursdays. Recently, I also made the decision to sell The Scout Guide Alexandria, a business I poured my heart into for years. Closing that chapter created the space to step fully into what’s next and this new role is something I’m deeply passionate about and incredibly excited to build. Foretell is a boutique communications and public affairs firm that truly understands influence. All About RF Microneedling

I recently had the opportunity to try out RF micro needling at OVME spa at the Mosaic District (they also have a location in Bethesda and DC) and I’ve been blown away by the results. I’ve been dying to try this procedure for years after hearing multiple friends that have amazing results and seeing many life changing before/afters on social media. I’m almost 39, so aging is top of mind for me as I approach 40. But I’m all about aging in a graceful way, so I also want to help my skin look youthful and plump without looking like a different person. I’m good at many things, organization is not one of them. Since I can remember, I’ve struggled with keeping things neat and tidy. I had the messiest desk at school and my childhood room was always in shambles. My poor mother. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve definitely tried harder to stay on top of things now that Casey (also not a neat freak) and I have a home of our own but there are only so many hours in a day. After a long day of work and my evening gym session, the last thing I want to do is come home and work on organizing things. Honestly, it’s a miracle if I’m able to get the grocery shopping done!
