One thing is for certain, we are all ready for some fresh air after being trapped indoors for a solid two months straight. Warm weather means happy hours, dining el fresco, farmers markets and finally shedding the layers that we have become a-custom to bundling up in. And luckily enough, we have found one glorious spot in DC to indulge in all of our favorite warm weather activities. Union Market is a unique emporium that houses over 40 artisan retailers under one roof. Richard Brandenburg, veteran of José Andrés’s ThinkFoodGroup, has carefully curated the ultimate foodie experience and locals and tourists have definitely taken notice. Vendors range from fine food artisans, up-and-coming entrepreneurs, to well known restaurateurs all creating an overall memorable experience. You can choose to eat at a specific restaurant or if you are with a group, everyone can grab different bites from various vendors and share them at the picnic tables outside.
