Fighting Breast Cancer with Sylene

Did you know that 1 in 8 women living in the United States will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime? Scary statistic, right? We have made so many strides in the fight against breast cancer but we have not won the battle yet. There is still a long way to go with fundraising for research and new treatments that we must do before we can cure this deadly disease for good. The good new is that there are so many ways that each and every one of us can do our part to help. In our search to help and to get the word out to our readers, we approached our favorite local lingerie and swimwear shop, Sylene, to find out how they do their part to help fund the Breast Cancer battle. Cyla and Helen, the sisters behind the Chevy Chase based luxury lingerie store, were extremely welcoming when we came in and toured the store. It was just as if we had just entered one of their homes.
