christmas tree Archives - fiftytwothursdays https://www.fiftytwothursdays.us/tag/christmas-tree/ style + fitness Tue, 19 May 2015 19:43:22 +0000 en-US hourly 1 https://wordpress.org/?v=6.3.2 Gargagliano Christmas Vacation https://www.fiftytwothursdays.us/travel/nycxmas/ https://www.fiftytwothursdays.us/travel/nycxmas/#respond Fri, 20 Dec 2013 17:25:13 +0000 http://fiftytwothursdays.us/?p=564  For my mom’s birthday this year we gave her a trip to New York City to celebrate, so we loaded up a minivan full of 6 adults + 1 toddler and we drove up to the big city Griswold Christmas Vacation Style.  Surprisingly we made it there in one piece and under 5 hours..so that was a win.  We had a day and a half in the city so we made the most of our short time there, we saw the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall, had the best dinner ever at Quality Italian, got a peak of the Today Show and the tree in Rockefeller Center and did a little shopping at FAO Schwarz.  Absolutely nothing beats Christmas time in New York City.  Here are a few pictures of the “Gargagliano Christmas Vacation”. We had so much fun picking one out and the boys had a great time cutting it down! But most of all it was great to spend time with family and getting in the holiday spirt. If you still need a tree, I recommend that you head out to Ticonderoga Farms, you wont be disappointed!         So head on out to Ticonderoga Farms to get your own tree and don’t forget to pack a thermos of hot chocolate.  Happy Holidays Y’all! xoxo Sarah
