Sharing our love for this city plus a baby and mommy 11 month update. It’s hard to believe that we have been in LA for over 3 years now. When we found out we were pregnant, the question we were constantly asked was “Are you planning on moving back home?”. We never toyed with the idea because we were both on a career path that we wanted to continue to pursue here. Now don’t get me wrong, I would love nothing more than to be surrounded with our immediate family and share the incredible development and experiences of sweet baby Adaline with them. We are doing our best as a new family of 3 to keep working hard and loving hard in the city we both share the same love for and know baby girl will someday too. We love LA for too many reasons. Yes, the weather is gorgeous and the views are insane but it’s the impactful, memorable moments of witnessing, exploring and sharing all of these memories together with my little family. What I packed In My Hospital Bag … I still can’t believe my due date is coming up in 2 weeks. It’s true what they say about the last trimester, it flies right by. So I have been doing anything and everything to prep for the big day, the day we get to welcome our sweet baby girl in to this world! I’m excited, and of course naturally scared. The only thing to settle my nerves is to prep as much as I can. From washing and folding her little clothes in size order to re-packing and adding to my overnight bag. I don’t want to forget anything and want to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. At least what I can control! For all you gorgeous mama’s to be, I’m sharing what I have packed in my hospital bag. Tips from mom friends or items recommended online helped inspire me to conjure up my ready-to-go bag. Casual Weekend Gear

This isn’t my typical outfit post. This is my casual weekend gear; aka what I wear pretty much all the time when I’m not dressed for work or going out. I would live in sweatpants if I could … but cute sweatpants of course. This chilly overacted Saturday was the perfect day to wonder around Venice in my new weekend gear. I found these jogger pants from Crane and Lion after trying out their active wear and fell in love. They are slimming and fit the body with perfection. The whole ensemble is incredibly comfortable and fits well in to my casual, California lifestyle.
