					<description><![CDATA[<p>After a long day of work the last thing I really want to do is make dinner and coming up with the dish is half the battle. We eat pretty healthy in this household and always try to make everything from scratch so we know what we are putting in to our bodies. The effort can be a little overwhelming and at times a lot of work having to plan and gather all the ingredients. Because of this we are always trying to come up with new easy dishes to make. I think I may have found my favorite effortless entree that I wanted to share! You can add and edit as you please but the two must have ingredients are chicken drumsticks and kale. For this recipe I added sliced carrots and onions but usually combine baby potatoes as well. What makes this plate so delicious is the chicken juice that is soaked up by the carrots, onions and potatoes and then baked creating a very flavorful and mouth watering dish. It&#8217;s so easy to whip up and throw in the oven for an hour while you do a quick work out video or enjoy a glass of wine or two. To each their [&#8230;]</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>For lent I gave up pasta and anything Italian related as this is my kryptonite if you know me at all.  So of course the first meal we made after Easter was spaghetti. We had to do it big this time since this was probably the longest I had ever gone with out devouring in my favorite dish (well&#8230;.lasagna is, but close enough). Tonight, we decided to make our own sauce to make this meal extra special and it was absolutely delicious! Maybe next post we will make our own pasta and truly do it the real Italian way with homemade wine?! Who knows&#8230;stay tuned. What you will need.. 					<description><![CDATA[<p>With St. Patricks day coming up this Monday we wanted to share an easy, 30 minute recipe that anyone can whip up to help celebrate their inner irish! I&#8217;m sure most of you have tried banger&#8217;s and mashed potatoes but this was my first time incorporating mustard and gravy to the mix.  It&#8217;s not rocket science, but the combination was perfection and my husband seemed to enjoy it so much he went for seconds! I&#8217;m a huge fan of Trader Joe&#8217;s which is where I picked up all my ingredients.  They have an amazing selection of fresh, organic and healthy products that you can&#8217;t find anywhere else and everyone is super friendly and helpful. What you will need.. 2 lbs. of potatoes Salt &#38; pepper 1/2 stick of butter 1/2 cup of whole milk 4 oz. of creme fraiche 2 tsp. of dijon mustard 2 lbs. of chicken sausage Parsley to garnish Place the potatoes in a large saucepan with enough water to cover along with 1 tablespoon of salt.  Bring to a boil and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return to the saucepan. Add the butter, milk and creme fraiche and beat the potatoes in the pan [&#8230;]</p>
