					<description><![CDATA[<p>As many of you know, I have a bit of a Crossfit addition but that doesn&#8217;t stop me from trying other fitness classes. No way! So when Flywheel Sports invited me to check out the studio, I jumped at the opportunity to mix new workouts into my routine. Flywheel&#8217;s personalized approach to indoor cycling ended up being a nice change of pace from the usual warehouse setting I was used to working out in. Plus their retail selection didn&#8217;t disappoint, so I ended up picking up a few pieces to add to my ever-growing athleisure wardrobe. Along with getting an insane workout, here are 5 Things I Learned at Flywheel. Try Something New- While Crossfit is my main squeeze, I&#8217;m always up for trying something new on the side. So when Flywheel came to me, I thought, what the heck?! I&#8217;ve taken my fair share of cycle and barre classes in the past but the way these classes were structured was a bit different than anything I had experienced before. The cycle classes were set up in a stadium style arrangement, with bikes outfitted with a tech pack &#8211; a little screen that tracks the bike’s resistance, speed, and how much energy the rider is expending. The TorqBoard (leaderboard) was visible at the front of the class [&#8230;]</p>
