					<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m very into wedges these days. Whether it be a wedge heel or a wedge salad, you can count me in! We have been hosting our friends at the new house a ton, so I have been getting as creative as I can when it comes to grilling. Since we still don&#8217;t have a dining room table inside of our house currently, we&#8217;ve been utilizing our outdoor dining space as much as possible. So when I recently had a few friends together, I thought it would be the perfect time to test my new recipe. I created these grilled wedge salads to accompany grilled steaks, corn and a watermelon and feta salad and the entire meal was a HUGE hit! On the one hand, we have fall fashion to look forward to, but I&#8217;m not quite ready to hang up my bikini just yet. So before we say farewell to our hard earned tan lines, it&#8217;s time to indulge in one last hoorah and Labor Day weekend is the perfect time to let loose with a boozy treat. Rosé has been my go-to pool-side drink this summer and since we are having friends over to for Labor Day, I wanted to create something cool, refreshing and of course a bit boozy! For the 4th of July, we made frozé, and our friends loved it, but I thought, let&#8217;s kick this up a notch and turn this trendy concoction into a frozen treat. 					<description><![CDATA[<p>3 Protein Smoothies To Fuel Your Workouts I work hard in the gym, so post workout I’m always in need to refuel with protein-packed snacks or meals. While eating pure protein like chicken breast or lean steak is probably the best form of protein for your body, it’s not always what you want (or handy) right after a grueling workout. Protein shakes have always been a go-to of mine post workout, but lately, I have been trying to switch them up so I don’t get bored of the same old shake. When you use a vanilla protein powder, the smoothie options you can make are really endless! 					<description><![CDATA[<p>When our busy lives get the most of us, it&#8217;s hard to even think about trying to meal plan. It seems like we are always just getting back from a whirlwind trip or planning one, so it can be hard to pre-plan meals and to make sure we&#8217;re hitting our macros when we are always on the go. Meal prep can feel overwhelming and many times it&#8217;s why we opt to eat out instead of packing a lunch or eating something healthy at home. A few years ago Michelle and I teamed up with our friend and health food blogger, Elise Museles of Kale &#38; Chocolate to create mason jar lunches which we became obsessed with! She taught us that by just a setting aside a little time for prep work that we would save time, money and calories!! All you have to do is prep a few healthy ingredients ahead of time then just mix and match them to create your own unique salads. Coming up with a plan for the week has definitely helped me stay on track, and these mason jar salads have been a total life saver because I actually look forward to eating them. It [&#8230;]</p>
