The older I get, the more I kick myself for not taking better care of my skin when I was younger. In my twenties, all I cared about was being tan and skinny and I didn’t think much about what consequences my decisions would have on my body in the long run. Now, in my mid-thirties, my priorities are much different, and my health and my skincare routine are top on my list. We all know by now that sunscreen is a must in your daily routine but is there actually a way to correct the damage you’ve done in the past without invasive injections or laser treatments? The answer is YES. The skincare market is completely saturated with products and companies claiming they will “turn back time” or “stop aging in its tracks”.
