I feel a little bored with my workouts so instead of falling off the wagon all together I love incorporating new workouts into my routine. I lift heavy 3 days a week, so in-between I like to do something different to diversify my regimen. My newest addiction is Lagree Dc. Think Solid Core or the hardest Pilates class you’ve ever taken and then multiply that by 10 and you have Lagree! But seriously it’s an ahhmazing full body lengthening/strengthening 50 min workout that will leave your body shaking so you know it worked! It’s no wonder celebs and models are obsessed with Lagree.
