If it ever does decide to grace us with its presence then we suggest you look into adding pastels into your wardrobe.  Pastels were all over the Spring 2014 Runways. Yes, that means you can finally pull out those gaudy easter outfits that have been haunting the back of your closet for years, Spring 2014 is finally their time to shine. When the snow finally melts you should expect to see lots of placid blues, violet tulips, warm hues of hemlock and shades of sand.
