What is best for baby … It’s the question I’m constantly asking myself, what is best for baby? I’m pretty sure I’m not the only mom out there that is constantly thinking this, because of course we want what is best for our little ones … There are some things that we just can’t control, but for those that we can, we try our best. Like buying all organic anything and everything, reading every instruction manual from top to bottom, researching product reviews and honestly just giving unconditional love and attention to your baby. Buying all organic is a no brainer for me. Organic shampoo, organic wipes, organic clothes. You can’t go wrong because there are no harsh chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and insecticides being used, therefore helping to improve the quality of the land, prevent water contamination, and conserve biodiversity. I would prefer to limit the exposure of harmful chemicals often found in non-organic products, which is something that I can control. Safe for baby and safe for the environment. That’s a win win. Finn + Emma is a great site that offers all organic product with aesthetics, comfort and baby fun in mind. Stylish with sustainability in mind. Something every mother seeks after. […]

As you guys know we love our organic skin care products. We are constantly in the search for the next best thing by having to test the products out to see if it’s the right fit for us. Fortunately for us, we were introduced to Vegan Cuts. They have a Vegan Snack Box and Vegan Beauty Box that is sent out monthly packed with unique cosmetics, luxurious skincare and so much more. Everything is cruelty-free and vegan, which we love! It’s the easiest way to discover cruelty-free brands without committing to full-size products or prices. And once you find the beauty products or snacks that you absolutely love you can simply purchase the full size right on their site. They make for great gifts too and offer a variety of different fun packages. Our favorite product in the beauty box was our Bellapierre English Red nail polish. It glided on with perfection and was the perfect shade of red. We had been dying to try out the 21 Drops product line, so we were stoked when we found a sample of Focus in our beauty box. 21 Drops is an essential oil therapy that is formulated to promote clarity and concentration, which […]

Every chance I get, I try to make a trip to the local farmer’s market on Sundays. I can’t think of a better way to start any day than walking the market tents and scoping out the produce, all while supporting small businesses and local farmers. My hubby and I really enjoy cooking together. It’s a creative outlet for us and sometimes it is the only bonding time we have with our crazy work schedules. During our visits to the farmer’s market, we find inspiration for planning our next meal while perusing all the local fruits and veggies that they have to choose from. That night we made zucchini spaghetti with fresh, homemade tomato sauce. So tasty! If you want to try out our sauce recipe you can find it here! For this Farmer’s Market trip, I thought it would be fun to dress that part 😉 Wearing- Overalls: Frame; Top: Intermix (old, similar here); Bag: Mulberry (old; similar here); Shoes: Superga xo Michelle

A 52 Thursday’s Spa Night in Review We have been on the hunt for the perfect beauty products, probably since forever. We thought it would be super fun to have a Spa Night In to catch up and also to review some of the latest beauty products out there and tell you about some of our favorites. Obviously this was also a fun excuse to hang out, relax and pamper ourselves and of course wine was involved. If you are looking for ideas to throw an easy girls night in, this is a great idea to get all your friends together for a relaxing night. Everyone brings over their favorite spa inspired product or something you have been wanting to try out such as a face mask, an exfoliator, nail polish, etc. What’s more fun than good company, drinks and discovering new beauty products together!? Here are a few pictures of our fun night in and the beauty products that we are raving about… DIY Mani and Pedis! Fill up your tub or cute little buckets with warm water and bubble bath to soak your tired tootsies before you polish them up. Pick up a couple cute colors at the store (we are […]
