I broke a significant amount of cartilage in my elbow when I was younger playing Basketball in a freak accident throw. After 3 hospitals, 5 doctors, 1 MRI, 1 Orthoscopic surgery and 1 year of physical training later I still can&#8217;t do a push up or pull up with out hearing a crack and fearing my little arm will break! 					<description><![CDATA[<p>Postpartum Recovery + a yummy GIVEAWAY!! June 27th, 2017 sweet Adaline was born. My world will forever be changed. For the better of course, but at the moment that world consists of very little sleep and very little time to worry about anything other than what’s most important in my life, which is my daughter. (still crazy to think I have a little daughter!!) The fact that I am just now writing this post should give you an idea of how I have been managing my time. I thought I was going to have a lot more down time on my maternity leave. That baby would be chill and sleep often while I blog here and there, make dinner for the hubs before he comes home and take her out and about with out any worry. Welp, it’s been quite the opposite. To be honest, I don’t think I put too much thought in to it at all, which was part of the problem. I knew it was going to be tough taking care of an infant but I don’t think anyone can be fully mentally prepared. It’s more like a transition.
