While eating pure protein like chicken breast or lean steak is probably the best form of protein for your body, it’s not always what you want (or handy) right after a grueling workout. Protein shakes have always been a go-to of mine post workout, but lately, I have been trying to switch them up so I don’t get bored of the same old shake.
