We have been showing a ton of shoulder recently, have you noticed? If you haven’t already broken down and gotten on the off the shoulder band wagon, now is the time people! It’s finally feeling like we are going to have some decent weather, which means that we can pull out all our clothes that have been waiting all summer long to make their debut. That means denim, off the shoulder tops and anything that you have been avoiding due to the sticky unbearable weather. I love this easy combo of lace and denim because it’s classic, feminine and is appropriate for so many different outings or occasions. Pair this look with a stacked heel for a date night or which chucks to run errands around town. Either way you will be winning in this lacey off the shoulder look! Soaking It All In

This summer has flown by. It feels like it just began and now we are weeks away from pools closing, school starting and cooler temps rolling in. I will certainly miss the pools closing up but I am welcoming the fall weather with open arms this year. It has been muggy, sticky, sweaty and gross this summer in DC, so I really am looking forward to wearing clothing that I wont completely sweat through. This summer has been jam packed with a ton of travel for me. And by travel, I mean wedding travel. So much so that it feels like I have become a professional wedding attendee. I certainly am good at taking advantage of open bars and open dance floors, so I guess professional wedding attendee might actually be a viable career choice. I really can’t complain because they have all been in super cool places and people getting married but seven weddings in one summer is a lot.
