Since the weather been a touch bipolar lately, I am really not sure how I’m supposed to dress. Do I bundle up, wear shorts, or both? A crazy question to be asking yourself in mid-January. When I shot this look, it was chilly out, so I dressed for it. I layered on my favorite new shift dress, fuzzy teddy bear jacket and my go-to over-the-knee boots.
