Weekend plans with Cabi … What does your normal weekend look like? Are you brunching with the girls this spring or maybe traveling to a local vineyard for a picnic in the sun? Those were my weekends about two years ago until lil’ miss Adaline came around. Now I enjoy nothing more than spending time with my lil’ mini me outdoors, usually at the park or adventuring around LA. We are always out and about and on the go. She has so much energy it’s so hard to keep up with her and because of that I have never valued comfortable and stylish clothes more than ever. I wanted to introduce you guys to an LA based fashion brand called Cabi and their latest collection, Elagancia. Their collection is fun, stylish, affordable and most importantly practical. I picked up this jersey knit stripped playsuit and cropped denim jacket for our regular weekend play dates. It’s so cozy and cute and has become a go to staple while handling my little one. Let’ talk hair. We are all picky about our hair, from what products we put in it, to who manages and maintains our hair. Lucky for me I have an incredible team at Sassoon Salon in Beverly Hills to help in those areas that I have absolutely no clue about. We value our colorists and stylists as much as we value our wine at dinner time. It’s needed for perfection. And that’s exactly what I get each and every visit with colorist and stylist, Dianne and Lina. It’s so important to have a good relationship with your creative team because you are trusting your precious hair in their hands and I trust every second of it with them along with their hair product suggestions that I now swear by (linked all suggestions below). I went in last week with the idea of going for an extreme sombre or ombre of some sort. I showed Dianne a picture for inspiration and she gave me her honest opinion that I probably wouldn’t be content with a darker color surrounding my face. A Dress That Will Make You Twirl

As we approach the end of Summer, it’s time to pull out those warm weather dresses and get our last wears out of them before Fall is here. I love wearing dresses in Summer because they are easy to throw on, don’t take too much thought to plan an outfit, keep you cool and they always look and feel put together. I’m a sucker for easy/comfortable dress and I checked both boxes when I purchased this beaded number from my local Free People. The embroidery detailing on this wrap dress give it a polished vibe for a night out on the town or you can throw on a denim jacket and it can easily pass for a daytime look as well. I was drawn to this particular dress because of the intricate beading, the tassels and the fact that it moves brilliantly. It may be the end of summer but this dress was just too good to pass up and its classic detailing and cut will ensure that this dress won’t be going out of style anytime soon.
