I’m good at many things, organization is not one of them. Since I can remember, I’ve struggled with keeping things neat and tidy. I had the messiest desk at school and my childhood room was always in shambles. My poor mother. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve definitely tried harder to stay on top of things now that Casey (also not a neat freak) and I have a home of our own but there are only so many hours in a day. After a long day of work and my evening gym session, the last thing I want to do is come home and work on organizing things. Honestly, it’s a miracle if I’m able to get the grocery shopping done! Thank god for grocery delivery! I’ve wanted to work with an organizer for years. I felt like having guidance on purging and setting up a system to help our lives run more smoothly would only bring Casey and me more joy when we do have time together at home. THE Track Pants

Have you ever found something in a store or online and just stopped dead in your tracks, like WOAH I need that stat! That was my exact feeling when I found these track pants from Zara. Of course, they were sold out online and I couldn’t find them in the store for months until I was perusing the store a few weeks ago and found one last pair hidden behind some leggings. Even though they were a size large (and WAYYY too big on me), I scooped them up immediately. In this photo, they are pinned on me because they literally were about to fall off. But you best believe I am going to be taking them to the tailor so that I can rock them around town. Holiday Party Styling For Any Occasion Whether you are headed to your office holiday happy hour or to a black tie holiday soiree, it’s inevitable that you will be scratching your head trying to decide what to wear. If your party isn’t ugly sweater themed, then you will have to put a bit more effort and creativity into your look. I have a few parties that I am attending this year and since I usually wait until the last minute and am frantically running to the mall trying to find something, I actually planned ahead and did my shopping at one of my favorite boutiques, Bevello, this year. I found two killer looks that are perfect for the holiday house parties I’m attending and the New Year’s Eve Wedding. The Sheer Trend Sheer. Just the word alone can be totally intimidating. When you think of see-through clothing, your mind might quickly jump to riskay lingerie or some kind of costumy piece that you would never wear outside the bedroom. But this season’s hottest new trend was made to be seen and if you style it right, you can even retain some modesty. We’ve been loving the sheer trend but we also aren’t ones to bare all for the world to see. So we have found ways to style these see-through pieces in a way that our mother-in-laws would even approve of. Wear a pretty bralette underneath and make sure that your sheer piece has enough detail to distract the eye from going straight to the goods. I will also throw a blazer over my sheer pieces when I need to be a bit more conservative and then when it’s time for cocktails, the jacket comes off and it’s party time!
