More is more this spring with all the trends hitting the runway. I haven’t been this excited for the season’s must haves from the inspiration and colors to the silhouettes and details, all up my fashion alley. So much I felt inspired to share what I’m excited to style this year. Almost as excited as I am for warmer weather. Seriously though. More is More. How so? You like a dramatic sleeve? Give me the largest, billowiest one! Love a fem style but also into menswear? Why not have both in one mixing silk with structure? Over the animal print trend? Try mixing with compatible print for something unexpected or a snake print vs. the bolder. Tickled Pink on Valentine’s Day

I’m tickled pink because this Valentine’s Day I have more to celebrate. As our family grows so does my love and I have so much to be thankful for. As the nursery slowly comes together, I can’t help to just stand in her room and smile. Knowing in just a few months I will be holding my little love in my arms. In the meantime it will just be the three of us (counting the fur baby), making this February 14th a special one. It will be our last love day celebrating alone because next year daddy will have a new Valentine, and I’m actually more than ok with that. I know my hubby was a little hesitant when we found out the gender of our little bun in the oven. Not because he didn’t want a girl, but because he didn’t and still doesn’t know what to expect out of raising a little girl. But who really does! Of course it’s going to be hard but there will be sweet rewards out of it all and isn’t that what parenting is all about? I’m ready to take on life’s curve balls as intimidating as it all sounds. 90’s Inspired Trends: Layered Slip Dress As you know, the 90’s are having a serious moment right now, form plaid skirts and high waist jeans to chokers and chunky platform shoes. Like most trends of the past they make their way back around. Some for the best others could do is all a favor and stay forever in history like plucked to death eyebrows. That unfortunately I’m guilty of and never want to relive. Smh. I have to yet to try the layering slip dress trend inspired by the good ol’ 90’s and of course wanted to give it a whirl. I don’t believe I actually ever even wore this look in the 90’s but Im in to it now. I mean, the concept is great, being able to wear a sexy slip dress but toning it down with slim tees or barely there knits underneath makes it so much more versatile. This dress has been given a transitional season makeover in the most comfortable way possible. I’m all about comfort these days.
