This Mask Is So Good You Can Skip The Spa.. Keeping with a skin care routine can be hard. Hell, sometimes I don’t have the energy to take my makeup off before bed. So sticking to an entire planned out skin regimen seems like something that is just beyond my capabilities. When I’m home with my entire medicine cabinet full of products at my fingertips, I am more apt to following the steps I need to take towards getting that glowing skin but when I’m living out of my suitcase for a week and you can kiss any progress I may have been making sayonara. Packing all of your beauty products can be so daunting when traveling. Mostly because if you decide to bring a full sized product with you, that automatically means you have to check your bag. What’s In My Gym Bag It’s probably no secret that I spend a lot of my time in the gym. It’s practically my second home. And while I live only a few minutes away from my Crossfit gym, I still make sure I always have my gym bag handy so that I can always prepared for a workout, no matter where I am. I keep my bag stocked with my Crossfit essentials like my jump rope, lifting shoes and weight belt but I also make sure I have a few products in my bag to make sure that even after a killer WOD that I can freshen up and not look like a total hot mess. I love getting in my workout at noon if possible, which means I am usually running to lunch, running errands or heading to a meeting after. Mommy necessities … I’ve read a lot of mommy blogs and listened to plenty of experienced mommy friends when it comes to the necessities. Tips like what to pack in your diaper bag or what you should never leave the house with out, but no one mentioned anything about lotion. No, not baby lotion, I’m talking lotion for mommy, a necessity no one seems to mention! It’s so important to have clean hands and sterilize everything for an infant. So of course all I feel like I do is wash my hands. I wash my hands before I hold baby girl, after I clean her diaper, after she spits up all over me and any and every other messy situation you can think of. We can’t forget about all the bottle cleaning I have to do too. From pumping and feeding, my hands are getting rough from the constant washing and drying of all her necessities. No one told me how sensitive mommy hands can get from all the work!!
