Weekend plans with Cabi … What does your normal weekend look like? Are you brunching with the girls this spring or maybe traveling to a local vineyard for a picnic in the sun? Those were my weekends about two years ago until lil’ miss Adaline came around. Now I enjoy nothing more than spending time with my lil’ mini me outdoors, usually at the park or adventuring around LA. We are always out and about and on the go. She has so much energy it’s so hard to keep up with her and because of that I have never valued comfortable and stylish clothes more than ever. I wanted to introduce you guys to an LA based fashion brand called Cabi and their latest collection, Elagancia. Their collection is fun, stylish, affordable and most importantly practical. Endless Summer

June 20th officially marks the calendar as the first day of Summer but here in LA it can truly feel like an endless Summer. With sunny days and clear skies you can imagine how easy it is to loose track of Summer’s arrival. But a day is just a day and what it most important is that the pools open up this weekend and that’s when Summer starts in our books. Think inflatable life size swans, cookouts, margaritas, floppy hats and a whole lot of sun. Sounds fun, we know. As soon as Sarah had booked her trip to LA we immediately got to planning our outfits, looking for fun, vibrant pieces to get us in the Summer mind set and to kick off Memorial Day weekend in style. Lilly Pulitzer is one of our favorite go-to brands to shop when headed somewhere sunny or in Michelle’s case – living somewhere sunny, so of course they were our first stop to shop. Date Night Downtown LA

I’m having way too much fun out here in LA. Believe it or not, I had never even visited LA prior to moving here. I like taking chances and the timing felt right in my life. I’m so glad I took the plunge because as you can see above… I’m quite the happy clam at high tide. What I love about LA is it’s a melting pot. The food options are endless, finding the most delicious and unique spots is my mission. It’s one of my favorite things to do on the weekend, making a quality Date Night time exploring new restaurants with the hubby, mainly it’s an excuse to wear heels. We tend to stay in our bubble in West Hollywood far too often, so this night we decided to venture to downtown, where the creative graffiti is abundant and the lights are colorful.
