Barbour – Introducing The All New 4oz Wax Jacket Michelle and I have been long-time customers and fans of the Barbour brand since as long as we can remember. So when we were asked to help Barbour launch their new line of light-weight spring jackets, we were absolutely thrilled! We already owned a wide variety of Barbour staples but their new 4oz Wax Collection has to be our favorite by far. The light-weight fabric in these new jackets is perfect for both LA’s gorgeous weather and the unpredictable weather we experience here in DC. With spring only weeks away, sunny beach days, cherry blossoms, and light spring jackets are the only things that we can think of at this point! Fall Styling Staples I love fall for many reasons. The crisp weather, cooking up my favorite comfort foods and the FASHION. I love warm weather but you just can’t put an outfit together in the summer like you can in the fall. Give me all the LAYERS! I recently did some shopping and updated my closet with this amazing suede jacket that I can’t stop wearing. It literally goes with everything. I will admit, I have gone a bit nuts in the shopping department this season but this is hands down my favorite purchase so far. Another fall staple in my closet are these Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots. I love them because they give the illusion of longer legs and who doesn’t want that?! Boeuf Bourguignon – Crockpot Hack

I have a few go-to recipes I make on repeat during fall/winter in my house. Boeuf Bourguignon is one of the few that is on heavy rotation purely because I love the process of making it, my husband thinks it actually tastes good and I usually make a giant pot so that it lasts us all week (which means less cooking for me). Since returning from our trip to France and the cold weather arriving, I have been craving this dish even more than usual. Boeuf Bourguignon is much more than beef stew with a fancy name. This dish is so wildly loved because of the layers of flavor that build over time. Which means it needs time for those flavors to grow and meld together. So if you are looking to make this dish in a rush, you better think again. This dish only gets better with time, so patience is key!
